His life may be viewed in two parts i.e. life before renouncing businesses after the awakening of spiritual consciousness and after.

After the completion of education from IIT Delhi, he chose the path of entrepreneurship over the comfort of secured jobs which came on his way. In 1980s, he became MD of Trishul Plastics Pvt Ltd, a mechanical engineering company which played a vital role in the infrastructure development of NOIDA. The company, during his tenure as MD, played the role of an important supporting associate of BHEL, most prestigious PSU of India.

His constant exploration of creative businesses and habit of challenging himself led him to open a new business venture named Delhi Durbaur Restaurant in Delhi which soon became a big brand. He also became MD of Grand Marine Pvt Ltd which had two licences for Deep waters fishing trawlers. He played a major role in the creation of Atlantic Group of Hotels in Bombay(now Mumbai). He was also a founder MD of Grand Resorts Pvt Ltd Delhi which established resorts in Palwal Faridabad despite tough business and infrastructure environment prevailing then in Haryana and greatly helped tourism development in Haryana. Due to entrepreneurship zeal, he also exposed himself to film making business.

After spiritual consciousness awakening, he renounced all his material achievements and closed or left nearly all his business, to undertake the path of karma yogi/sanyasi. Thereafter he participated in the formation of many religious establishments.

He was greatly moved with the pathetic higher educational infrastructure prevailing in North-Eastern part of India with Arunachal Pradesh in particular. He became one of the founder Chancellor of Indira Gandhi Technological And Medical Sciences University Ziro (headquarter of Lower Subansiri District Arunachal Pradesh). The situation prevailing in Arunachal was challenging and tough, but he finally got success in 2012 with the blessings of great leader Sonia Gandhi and established the University after 10 years of constant effort in bringing up this University. At the time of the establishment of the University, there was no proper air travel connection to Arunachal Pradesh and one could reach Ziro only after travelling 20 hours by car. In order to establish the University, he along with his whole family moved from Delhi to Ziro, so as to instil confidence in teaching faculties to come to Ziro from outside Arunachal Pradesh. He ran the university under his direct supervision for five years. He played a pivotal role in bringing infrastructure development in and around Ziro. On medical advice, he had to return to Delhi after handing over responsibilities to members of the university’s trust.

During this period he got personal blessings of His holiness Shri Shri 1008 Soham Baba, a great naga sanyasi, mahamandaleshwara of the Juna Akhara and United Nations Observer (UNFCCC). Soham Baba is Soham Baba was himself a leading neurosurgeon before becoming naga sanyasi. Soham Baba directed him to come back from Arunachal Pradesh and spread his social services to other downtrodden parts of India as Karam Yogi. Now after completely regaining his health and fitness, he is on his way to implement developmental projects in other parts of the northeast of India and Goa.
